How do I cool off? I feel as though I'm dying!?

I can't go to a pool or anything like that because I'm at grandparents acreage. I volunteered to house sit while they are on vacation. I just checked the weather network and it said the temp is 33�C so to me that is pretty hot. I live in Canada and we hardly get that weather so I'm not used to it. My grandmama and grandpapa don't have an ac, but they have a little fan that is hardly working. I'm sweating just typing this!! AHH
