I need some help on a homemade birthday present?

hi!!! ummm so my best friend is about to turn 17, and i totally lost track of time and i only have 3 more days!! i was hoping on some really thoughtful ideas of a super nice homemade birthday present? i was thinking maybe a frame with our pictures in it but my other friend is already gonna give her that:P i need something unique and different but when she opens it she'll be like "wow" and it'll just make her super happy!! as i said before i don't exactly have a lottt of time, but i have three days. i really would appreciate any really nice ideas! oh and try to keep the price minimal. don't have a lot of moo-lah right now :/ so thanks you guys!!! remember: unique, beautiful, extremely thoughtful ;) have a nice day! :D
