My old piggy doesnt like my new piggy.(guinea pigs)?

The one that's aggressive is the one I had the longest and I recently got her a cage mate two days ago, but moo moo (longest one I had) is being aggressive towards her new cage mate, will they get used to each other and calm down and like each other or no?
