One of my bff likes one of our guys friends but he likes another one of our friends i realy want him and my bf?

to be togethr because she is pretter and nicer our other friend is rude stuck up and hangs out with a bunch of kids that make fun of us what should i do my guy friend and her get along great and he hardly ever talks to our other friend what should i do i need lots of help and advice plus he realy wants me to tell him who likes him but i am scared he might tell he said he wont and offer to tell me secrate in return but i dont know what to do he even says he might date the girl who likes him aka my bf he just doesnt know that so should i tell him and what should i do to get him not to like my other friend who can sometimes be great and sometimes be the worse friend on the face of the earth.
