Question for moms and expecting moms... personal?

okay well my last period ende on may 10 i haven't had one since alto i did have some light spotting but it wasn't hardly any it only showed pink when i wiped. i was a little nauseous for a few days but never actually sick then it stopped. i have had some light lower abdominal cramping and lower back also both mild. and have noticed more cm than normal also my nipples are sore not my boob's my nipples. help? any one get the same symptoms? i am married and am not on bc so no rude comments please
