Under my eyes look sunken and dark?

im not gona lie, i dont eat very healthy, but i dont eat very bad either, i smoke, i used to smoke weed but i gave up, still smoke cigs, my girlfriend is always at me to take loads of vitamins but i hardly ever do, for a good while now i look very pale and under my eyes look really bad, almost dark, like semi circles under them. some days i look like a junkie, whats up with that, how do i fix this? thanks for any help, much love from ireland
