2 sows, 1 lost a pup 7 days ago. 1 had 2 tonight. Should I separate the mums?

I brought 2 female Guinea pigs and after a month realised they were both pregnant. 7 days ago Moo moo had 1 and it died. Tonight the Unicorn had 3, 1 died. I don't know if Moo moo needs to come out of the hutch or not? Help Please!!!
