Bladder issue questions?

i have been having bladder issues for over a week now. It hurts when i pee, i have to pee every 5 minutes it seems like, i also starting wiping blood off and on. There is so much pressure down there i can't hardly take the pain anymore, does anyone know what this sounds like so i can get something over the counter i can't afford to go to the doctor at this time and ive already tried AZO and a yeast infection kit but none of that is working. ..
